OCEAN SOLUTIONS SPRINT 2

21 Sept 2020 – Scientists say climate change and pollution could kill off the world’s coral reefs by 2100. UpLink has launched a sprint to find innovations and solutions that will help protect our ocean.

Uplink’s Ocean Solutions Sprint 2 challenge is focusing on four topic areas, where progress is critical to meet the Ocean SDG 14, identified in partnership with leading global conservation and restoration experts:

• Investing in nature-based solutions for the blue economy

• Protecting and restoring coral reefs 

• Restorative aquaculture 

• Technology for Marine Protected Areas (MPAs)
